Welcome to Uplands Reserve!

Inspirational national park-caliber views abound from the Uplands Reserve, a premier gated community of 41 estates on 510 acres with paved roads, underground utilities & easy I-90 access. Sublime privacy, remarkable views, wildlife and more ooze from the natural beauty of Rattlesnake Mountain.

Located near North Bend, Washington (Exit 31), the Uplands Reserve is dedicated to maintaining the natural beauty of the Northwest while providing a great residential experience. The Reserve has a unique conservation easement with King County which is dedicated to the following principles:

  • Support the goals of the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust by preserving the working landscape and complementing the value of public investments made in recreational and scenic lands within the Greenway.
  • Maintain and enhance biological diversity and wildlife habitat values on the land base.
  • Maintain the ecologic and economic viability of well-managed forestlands to complement the values of the residential use areas.

Of the 510 acres, 202 are in private ownership while 308 are held in common for the exclusive use of the members and not open to the general public. Each residence is restricted to a 2 acre residential use while the remainder is subject to King County approved Forest Management Plan. Of the 308 acres, 146 has been designated Riparian (Creekside). Total area subject to the Forest Management Plan: 510 - 82 residential (41 lots x 2 acres) - 18 (roads) = 410 acres.
